Our CEO & Founder, Amanda, had the honor of appearing on the Season 6 premier of HGTV's Brother vs. Brother. The handyman-half of the sibling design duo, Jonathan Scott, selected one of our plant paintings as a focal point of the eco-chic living room inside his Hilltop House, which he will renovate room-by-room throughout the season. The space came together with the help of Pamela of Urbanism Designs and many other talented people.

As a rapidly growing business, assisting with Jonathan's creation was a great reminder for our team to stop and smell the roses. We knew during filming that his plant palette of deep purples, reds, and lush shades of green was going to be one piece of a beautiful, environmentally-conscious puzzle. It was an exciting and humbling experience for our team and here are some reasons why.
A change of scenery is never a bad thing! We are in and out of the studio often on site visits, builds or studying plants, so not one of our days is like the next. But during filming, we were off-site surrounded by brilliant designers and top-notch craftsmen and women. We had creative exchanges that offered new insights and reinforced that we are executing our craft right.
We’re darn proud of having a natural product. Shiny light fixtures and bright pillows made Jonathan’s design come together, but on set, our preserved moss wall was referred to as, "The Secret Weapon." Sustainable designs are simply a conversation starter. There is a buzz around plant-based products because plants make people feel good, and, for better or worse, people are often experiencing it for the first time.
Home is where the heart is. Our business evenly produces living and moss walls for businesses and homes. There is, however, a special responsibility that comes with being trusted with someone’s living space. The Brother vs. Brother home was recently sold on Zillow. We hope its new owner(s) enjoy it as much as we enjoyed being a part of it.
